The Built Heritage Conservation Consultants Scheme (SCM3831) is a NSW Public Works initiative to enable government agencies to commission high quality consultants for built heritage conservation works. SCM3831 is focused on identifying, and providing access to a diverse resource of prequalified expert heritage consultant services within multiple heritage disciplines. It’s an efficient means for linking client procurers and NSW Public Works to these service-providers. The key benefits of SCM3831 are to produce the specific resource needed, to create regional jobs supporting specialist heritage skills and to enable the private sector to participate in conserving the State’s significant heritage assets.
